Default Times you laughed out loud at Good Times? LMAO! :D

Now, for a light hearted Good Times thread.

I laughed out loud when James did the "We caught you, BITCH!" Expression when the Con Man Encyclopedia Salesman did the fake phone call on the disconnected phone in The Encyclopedia Hustle.. You haven't lived until you see that hilarious Expression!

I laughed out loud when Willona and most of the Evans Family did a VERY goofy smile pose in front of the Black Jesus painting as if they were posing for a Family Portrait in Black Jesus. IIRC, I also randomly mentioned that corny smile scene at my school at like 13 after seeing a rerun!

I laughed out loud at Florida's exaggerated FAKE smile when James told her to smile in Florida Flips.

I laughed out loud when Florida mocks the Spokeswoman for some cereal who said something like,"Kellogg's Strawberry Corn flakes is made with sugar, strawberry, and cream and is absolutely delicious. "Florida: "With sugar, strawberry, and cream, a bale of hay would be "Delicious," The TV Commercial.

What about you?

In the episode where Micheal was writing essay about the Man he admire most, he was going to write about his father James. But James told Micheal he should write about MLK or other civil right activists.

But as the show was closing, Micheal said he is going to write about his father anyway as the man he admire most. And James turned around and told Micheal that he couldn't have made a better choice as Florida embraced James

When Florida mentioned that J.J. had twelve cavities and Wilona went

“Chile what you been brushin’ yo’ teeth with??! Hot fudge sundae?!”

LOL.

This was in the start a Season 3 episode that started off with James being crabby because the bills was high because of J.J. which is why Florida mentioned to Wilona that J.J. had twelve cavities. It might’ve been the Alaskan pipeline episode.

J.J. was too old for that sh*t. He was way too old not to be taking care of his teeth. In fact, he was old enough to pay his OWN bills and make his OWN dental appointments. What could’ve he possibly ate that gave him TWELVE cavities? Burnt, lumpy, hard, dry, nasty oatmeal, kool aid, cake and pies with roaches in it?

I wonder HOW JJ could stand the PAIN of TWELVE CAVITIES. I had ONE tooth abscess and the pain from that ONE tooth basically had me being kind of an invalid. Ouch! Only when the Dentist did a root canal on that tooth did I get my life back. So, I don't know HOW JJ wasn't in EXCRUCIATING pain from TWELVE CAVITIES....

The funniest had to be when they were at the dinner table and they thought their neighbor was serving them dog food. And they were passing the plate around. Lol

Didn’t he say he ate a ‘daily candy bar’?

Oddly, when I saw this thread, the first thing that popped into my mind was lol at the Wayans Bros. Good Times skit!

Most of the lol moments on Good Times came in the early years. There aren’t too many ‘lol’ moments without John Amos.

One of my favs is when James goes to ask J.J. to come back in the ‘Junior Gets A Patron’ episode.
James:’Leroy Jackson get the hell out of my house’
Jackson:’Man this is my house’
James:’Than get the hell out of your house’

Also when James has‘Cousin Cleatus’ hemmed up and he says ‘What do you have to do to make it, if ya poor today’. Than James says ‘I don’t know Cleatus, we here counting our stocks and bonds’. *Slaps Cleatus upside head*, ‘what the hell would we know about that’. LMAO!

The episode when James boss lets he and Florida use his cabin in the woods and his attractive bosses girlfriend shows up not knowing James boss would not be there. James would laugh "heh heh heh" when she would compliment him. The last time Florida heard it and said, heh heh hell !
