I just watched the episode "Lumpy Rutherford," and, I was wondering how a guy like Fred got such a hot wife?

Anyone want to speculate?

I think it is "baiting psychology"...sort of like when a teenage girl hangs out with fatties, just so she looks better in comparison.

I think the show's producers shrewdly determined that by pitting a hottie opposite an apparent loser, that a level of appeal might result where all the "average" male viewers at home might identify with one of their brethren who managed to grab the golden ring? "the mouse that roared" in otherwords.
