When my mom and I used to see The Cosby Show I remember an intro that featured the cast acting in a play while set to a Disney-like version of the theme song. While the cast is dancing and performing Bill appears at the end of the intro. I liked this intro because it reminds me of a Disneyland show. What season of The Cosby Show used this intro?

I guess you're thinking of season five.

So that intro of The Cosby Show is indeed from Season 5. I wonder how they created it? I did read that the orchestra that performs the theme song is based in Oregon. And I also wonder if Debbie Allen had a hand in designing this intro because Phylicia Rashad is related to her?
