I remember seeing this episode a very long time ago, and in fact it is what introduced me to "Little Shop of Horrors".
I've seen been involved with or seen several productions. One thing I noticed is that they seem to have added in a song just for the principal. Here is the link to the Roku Channel's episode. https://therokuchannel.roku.com/watc...54474d1e60e7ed I'm talking about the song he sings that was written for "Dixon Ticonderoga" where it goes something like "You...you're a genius!" over and over. It is not part of the Little Shop score, and does not match well with it, so I was curious if anyone knew anything about the history behind it. Was it just to give the actor playing Dr Samuels a solo song? Did he like, demand one? LOL |
