Question Why was Cindy Brady still in college during “A Very Brady Christmas” (1988)?

She would have been 26 in 1988 wouldn't she? And if Susan Olsen agreed to do it, would they still have made her a college student? Bobby was supposed to be going to graduate school in the movie, but didn't tell them that he was racing cars, so perhaps Cindy was finishing her last semester of graduate school as well.

IIRC, they had just dropped Cindy off at college at the beginning of The Brady Girls Get Married, so even that would have been a stretch. The creators probably weren’t even thinking about continuity.

It's not that hard for me to imagine that Cindy would have had to repeat several grades before she could find a college that would take her in. Sorry, but she wasn't exactly a Mensa member!

Maybe she changed majors a couple of times and/or had some academic trouble in college. More likely writer weren't careful when writing that plot point or plot point of being the youngest and to come not asked to a family Chirstmas. With Bobby dropping out of an MBA field auto racing was he younger or a little younger then Cindy?

I believe that Bobby was supposed to be about a year older than Cindy.

So if Bobby had dropped out of a MBA then Cindy should be out of college.

Hmm, a lot of people are done with law school by 25... so 22, 23 do be done with college.

Cindy was a radio announcer, I think it was in the Bradys movie, the one which launched the short series, and Bobby was badly injured racing.

(Post 1) You don't go to grad. school to be a radio announcer. Like Post 2 said, it was a continuity error--somebody wasn't thinking.

Marcia must have had her daughter Jessie young as Maureen would have been barely college age when Jessie’s actress was born.

Let's all admit that Cindy wasn't too bright. Even Susan has joked about it.
