i mean a particular episode.
the actress didn't wear a beard.
she exactly dressed suit tie fedora hat and fake moustache (gangster style we can say).

do you remember anything else - how old was the woman, what color hair did she have, can you remember seeing the actress in any other shows, what decade was this show in, are there any other characters or details about the show that you can remember?

she was brunette and middle aged (i guess fourty or fifty years old).
the show was from 80's or 90's.
i remember she disguise in that way to trick a man.

in Victorious! episode "Tori & Jade's Play Date", Tori dresses as a man with a fake mustache in the play they are doing.
