Lilith pregnant for a second time? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Today I watched 'Improbable Dream Part 2.' In the opening, Frasier and Lilith walk into Cheers and Lilith is pregnant, and Frasier refers to the baby bump as, "Baby B" or something. Obviously this is after Freddy, so I'm really confused! Having not watched every episode of Cheers, I was thinking that this must become a 'miscarriage' story-line, given that they only have Freddie in 'Frasier.' However, after doing some Googling, I wasn't able to find one single mention of Lilith being pregnant for a second time! What the hell is going on? Are we led to believe that this is just a dream, in fitting with the dream theme? It's just that there is no 'wake up' sequence of the person dreaming it, which would be terrible writing! I didn't see 'Improbable Dream Part 1' - perhaps it links to that?

Freddy isn't born until 4 episodes after "Improbable Dream Part 2".
