Season 2 Happy Weekend when Ward takes the family up fishing at silver lake. He sings this song, but not enough words for me to google it and find out what it is.

Does Anybody know what song it is?

Jim Anderson also does this song on Father Knows Best, while playing his banjo. This is in the episode where he and Margaret attend their reunions--he serenades Margaret at the sorority until the house mother tells him to shut up. I think he briefly sings it in another episode, too.
