Tomorrow's night game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens has been postponed due to an outbreak on the Ravens. This will be the first time since 2005 that there will be no primetime NFL game on Thanksgiving. The battle between the 10-0 Steelers and 6-4 Ravens was the best game on a Thanksgiving Day where all the other games are between losing teams. UPDATE: NBC will air Steelers-Ravens nationally Sunday at 1:15 p.m. ET against CBS and Fox's traditional slate of NFL games. NBC will have Al Michaels, who was scheduled to have Thanksgiving and Sunday off, call the Steelers-Ravens game. Mike Tirico, who was scheduled to call the Ravens-Steelers game and the Packers-Bears game on Sunday, will just call the Packers-Bears game.

NBC's NFL Thanksgiving primetime game is now rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon to avoid its Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremony

The Ravens-Steelers game is now scheduled to kick off at 3:40 p.m. ET on NBC on Wednesday, becoming the first NFL game this to be rescheduled three times due to a coronavirus outbreak on the Ravens. The unusual start time allows NBC to broadcast the annual Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting ceremony later that night. Sports Business Journal's John Ourand reports that NBC was willing to move the tree lighting ceremony to one of its cable channels or to the next day, but the NFL "did not put NBC in a position where it had to make that choice."
