At the end of the episode "Archie Is Branded", whose car blew up at the end? Was it Mr. Bloom's?

Paul Benjamin (Gregory Sierra) died in the explosion. At least one source claims it was "his car" that he had started. Archie's house had been mistaken as the one belonging to David Bloom.

Oh, the guy named Benjamin that showed up at the Bunker house was Paul. I thought Benjamin was the first name. That was a very tragic ending, to say the least.

Yes, there were some definite serious moments on the series, like when Edith announces she has a lump in her breast or the scene where Mike & Gloria say goodbye.
