Has anybody heard of a soap star named Jason Brooks?

When I was a kid I accidently got the chance to meet a soap star named Jason Brooks when he appeared at Sears and I was actually heading to the mall when Jason Brooks saw me and gave me an autographed photo of himself and I would like to know if you remember Jason Brooks? According to the picture Jason Brooks played the character Peter Blake on Days Of Our Lives in the 90's. Mom and I found Jason Brooks's autographed photo to me in our photo album of my baby photos. Is Jason Brooks still in soaps and is the autographed photo that I have rare?

He was on DOOL in around 1993-96 with the Aremid storyline being the highlight. One of DOOL's best storylines thanks in part to Bo and Hope's memorable storyline. Yes, he played a character named Peter Blake who was the angst for Jack and Jennifer. A good looking guy who had a nice soap following. Unfortunately, he had a affair with the actress who played Jennifer in real life that ended badly. Both left the show but Jason went on to be on Baywatch. Not sure what the actor is doing now.

He's not a big name so his autograph is not in-demand. Also, since it was signed to you that lowers the value to collectors.

He's done mostly bit parts on various television shows (How to Get Away with Murder, Hawaii Five-O) in more recent years.

I also saw he was the lead in the 2014 video game Murdered: Soul Suspect.

"Aremid" rings a bell. What was this all about again? I do remember watching the show during this era as a teen.

Wasn't his character responsible for having Jennifer's mother's (played by Y&R alumni Jaime Lyn Bauer) Office painted with some kind of weird paint that made her slowly lose her mind?
