Bart calls the bar and asks to speak to someone with the last name Boy and the first name Tom. Moe asks if there's a Tomboy; and the patrons laugh; and when Moe realizes he's been pranked, he says to Bart over the phone, "Listen you little roach vomit, if I ever get ahold of you, I'm going to twist your intestines and feed them to my dog just to give him indigestion." Bart could also call to ask to speak to someone with the last name Board and the first name Bill.

Bart hasn't done a prank call to Moe's in too long. I hope the producers haven't sworn off on those.

People have smart phones now so they know who is calling. Prank calls are outdated now.

Yeah but that doesn't mean Moe can't pick up a land phone once in awhile or that Bart can't make a call from someone else's phone while staying at Ned Flanders' home.
