Who else let people get to them? When someone I don't know said something that I don't like or disagree with, I let it bother. I shouldn't let things bother me.

I think I'm half and half. At times I don't say something back if someone really angers me, and I spend the rest of the week with regrets that I didn't tell so and so off. Other times, I do say something back so I don't have to spend the rest of the week with the regret of not saying anything. I don't get into fights or anything, I just tell somebody to go *censored* themselves or something along those lines, and even that makes me feel a bit better because I'm not swallowing all their insults down and that I'm actually retaliating instead of just sitting there and letting somebody insult me. It doesn't remove all the anger, but it does help a bit.

This may not be the best method out there, but it does stop a bunch of regrets on my part. I hope that made sense.

I do the stupidest thing. I think of comebacks after teh fight happened and get mad at myself my saying, why didn't I think of it then. LOL I'm on weird guy.

When I was a child, I used to let alot of people get to me because of all the name-calling and constant bullying. Now, I don't put up with any crap from anyone. It took me almost all my years of elementary school to learn that. For the most part, no-one really bothers me anymore.

I TRY not to let people get to me, but sometimes I can't help it. I'm like that--I get angry on the inside but I don't show it most of the time.

I do that all the time. I don't know why but I let things get to me but I haven't been as much.

I take everything to heart. Every comment, every look, everything and I hate it! I am so emotional and so weak when it comes to what people saty. I can't shut it out and forget I ever heard it, I can't. I just replay it in my head numerous times and it just breaks me down even more........ I'm horrible like that.

I learned the hard way not to take everything to heart, even though I still find myself doing so every now and then. For five or six years though I suffered through nothing but negative comments directed towards me and I never retaliated. I'm glad I did not stoop to their level, yet their is a part of me who wishes I would have put them all in their place and taken them off their little pedistol.

People used to annoy me and i used to put up with it and say nothing and always havesomething REAL good to say but shutup and last year I kicked, hit, threw, and hit people with books, and now they just talk about me behind my backand not to my face.

I'm horrible. Whenever someone says or does something to/about me I think it's my fault so I wind up beating myself up because of it.... twisted.

I let the things people say make me really depressed. I shouldn't even care what those stupid immature brats who bother me have to say but for some reason it does. It always has I think it was worse when I was younger though. Unless you consider pretty much hating everyone worse.
