Gilmore Girls 20th Anniversary Marathon October 3/4 - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Next weekend UP will be airing 12 episodes each day of Gilmore Girls on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4 from 3PM-3AM. Gilmore Girls marathon will certainly be an upgrade over the movie crap UP has been borrowing from Hallmark that usually airs on weekends.

I wonder if this means that UPtv won’t be showing Gilmore Girls for Thanksgiving this year.

Not necessarily. This marathon is to celebrate the 20th anniversary. I think they will still have the Gilmore Thanksgiving week, but a good alternate option would be a complete series marathon of Reba.

I think that a complete series marathon of Reba would be nice, and it would give the Gilmore Girls marathon a break.

UP just advertised Gilmore the merrier, their annual Thanksgiving week marathon will continue.
