I wouldn't be surprised if the place STILL has a strong cat dander/cat pee odor which, with as many cats as Miss Bavier had living with her for so many years, one would essentially have to tear out ALL the drywall,wood and fabric to get rid of! If the interrum owners hadn't done that, I wouldn't pay 600 cents for it!

Supposedly the house has been completely remodeled.
