Chain Reaction is being revived at GSN again? What a shock because when GSN tried to revive Chain Reaction the second revival flopped because it came out at the same time The Chase was a huge monster hit for GSN. Who's gonna host it? Just hope Michael Catherwood doesn't host the revival. I don't know why out of all the game shows that GSN has done they'd pick Chain Reaction to give a third chance of life too when they should've revived The Chase instead

I have seen the first two incarnations of Chain Reaction and a few episodes of the GSN versions and to me it's a game the home viewer can play along with, an important aspect of a successful game show. The original, Bill Cullen version was hampered by a terrible noon/11 AM timeslot that many stations, including the NBC affiliate in Minneapolis did not carry the show, But it enjoyed a second life in reruns on CBN and USA and led to a Canadian produced revival. Give the show a chance, it's a game you'll be hooked on.
