In the season 1 finale of Ned and Stacey, Stacey along with her new boyfriend get caught naked by Ned, his boss and a couple of clients. It shows Stacey's (played by Debra Messing) bare back and when it cuts to the front, she quickly covers her boobs with her hands.

The episode of Barney Miller where they have rented an apartment as part of an under cover stake out, but all the neighbors figure out they are cops. At the end Barney tales a shower, the "crime alarm" that a merchant had given them goes off, and Barney comes running out of the bathroom with either a shower curtain or a towel wrapped around him.

I also think there was an episode where the arrested criminal was a nudist, or a flasher

Radar actually showed his butt for a split (no pun intended) second in The Sniper episode of MASH. Roseanne streaked topless for Dan, not realizing the next door neighbor (Wings Hauser) was talking to Dan at the time.
