I like Serena, she is so much more exciting and interesting than Samantha. Serena is single, free, and totally wild! Whereas Samantha was married, had children, and couldnt be as wild.

Serena. She had more fun and therefore was more fun. I believe even Elizabeth Montgomery liked playing her more, since she was able to do more zany things.

Samantha held herself back from doing so much, because Darrin wanted her to be "mortal." So, though she was sweet, she sometimes came across as a bit boring; a stick-in-the-mud, if you will.

I must be the odd duck in this crowd. I like Samantha better. She was good at reversing whatever Serena or Endora did. She was brilliant and had morals.

Talking SAM IS MY FAVE!

Samantha is definetly the best. Serena is dingy and giggly -
that isn't sexy. Sam is self-assured, NOW that is sexy!

I like both, but Sam is my favorite. She's the role model for what a lot of women would want to be, except she's kind of a witch! lol

Although I did like Serena. Elizabeth herself even said that she enjoyed playing Serena more than boring Samantha.

I like both of the characters, but Sam is my favorite because she was such a strong, intelligent, vibrant character, whereas Serena just wanted to have fun and get her way. Serena was important though, because she was the perfect antithesis to Sam and they kept each other from going too far in either direction. I do have to say that sometimes Sam could be boring, and even Elizabeth Montgomery found her to be too dull at times, which is why she enjoyed playing Serena so much. But overall, Sam is definitely my favorite

Yes but both characters were different. Serena was open and free and very funny. Sam was the one with a head on her shoulders. She was serious. She never used magic for fun. I still love Serena the best and wish that there would have been a spin off on her. It would have made an interesting show to watch imo.

Samantha hands down - while I like Serena, a little bit of her went a long way.

^ Same here, Samantha was my favorite. Serena could be a little on the mean side at times.
