In the episode Archie and the Computer there was a computer error that sent the check for a death benefit to the Bunkers. And mike was saying computers are depersonalizing everything and said to Archie

"Do you want to talk to a Human instead of a computer when you have a problem? I hate when I call Comcast and have to tell the computer........"What is your reason for calling today"

And The frigging Option menus = sometimes you have to go through four of them before you can connect with a human.
