Another talent that Regis Philbin also had was appearing in commercials and in addition to his talk show Regis did lots of commercials. Since we have his Aspercreme commercial and his Nabisco Harvest Crisps commercial already mentioned in threads by themselves here are some more Regis Philbin commercials that are overlooked by fans,
1. Take Control Margarine,
In the 90's possibly around 1999 Regis was featured in a commercial for Take Control Margarine where he was a spokesman and talks about his healthy lifestyle thanks to Take Control Margarine,
2. Who Wants To Be A Millionaire McDonald's promotion,
At the time of the debut of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Regis appeared in a commercial for Mcdonald's to promote a special tie-in with Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and in addition to the commercial itself there were promotional items but the collectible sought after piece of merchandise is a pin with a comic book style drawn likeness of Regis Philbin with a talk bubble with the words "GREAT FRIES THAT'S MY FINAL ANSWER" that was only given to Mcdonald's employees,
3. 7UP Plus with Kelly Ripa,
To debut the new 7UP Plus soda 7UP chose Regis to promote the new soda along with Kelly Ripa and the commercial is full of humor as Regis plays butler to Kelly as he offers her some 7UP Plus

Hi, Bestie! It is hard to find something Regis has not done on TV! He has done everything. Did you know he was called "the show saver" because he would bring ratings to any show he went on? Regis was a one of a kind! He will be missed!

Here's more Regis Philbin commercials I unearthed this morning,
1. Holy Cross Hospital commercial,
In the 2000's Regis became the spokesman for Holy Cross Hospital a hospital located in Florida similar to St. Jude's Research Hospital in this commercial urging people to donate money and what's amazing about this commercial is that it features a clip from a home movie of a young Regis at the beginning
2. Regis Does Tai Cheng,
One of the last commercials Regis Philbin did was for a series of workout DVDs called Tai Cheng and Regis talks about how the Tai Cheng workouts helped him stay in shape
3. MCI commercials with Kathie Lee Gifford,
In the 90's Regis along with Kathie Lee Gifford promoted the no longer existing phone company MCI in commercials promoting special deals and offers

In 1994 Regis was spokesman for Hardee's in one of the rarest underrated Regis Philbin commercials found. In the commercial Regis is seen on a cooking segment of a talk show cooking with two ladies who dare to challenge him to see who's food is better but Regis declines the dare and offers them a Hardee's burger. I didn't know that Regis was featured in Hardee's commercials and I wonder why Carl's Jr. didn't have Regis do commercials for them too as well?
