I guess that would have been a 4 parter similar to the Hawaii episodes if the show was never cancelled. George and Louise takes Florence to Atlantic City with them in episode "You'll never get Rich" and George responds with..."We not taking you to London next year"

Im guessing thats why it was in the script

They took Florence to Hawaii and they took her to Atlantic City, so I'm guessing that they would end up taking her to London, too. George always gives in to Weezie and Weezie would probably want Florence to tag along.

and likely would have been the episode at the start or ending of season 12 like how Facts of Life did with Paris and Married with Children did with England

It would have been GREAT! The Hawaii episodes were great, all 4 of them. And even the California episodes in "Mission Impossible" were great. I think that was either a two or three parter. I'm not sure. "Barney" from "Mission Impossible" was in those episodes. It was great to see him!
