One day at a time ! In season 9 when Barbara, her Husband Mark and Max were renting a two bedroom house and Grandma moved in , conveniently there became/ was an attic that was suddenly converted into a third bedroom!!

King Of Queens (We see it a few times, one Doug looks for a VHS tape with a high school game, in another Doug gets stuck in the opening and as Carrie puts it, wears the house like a belt)

Facts Of Life (I don't know if it was considered an attic over the kitchen when they worked the school caf, but in the Edna's Edibles episodes we see an attic and it gets turned into a bedroom though I don't remember if we see it again after that?)

I wouldn't consider the storage room above the Eastland kitchen an attic (it doesn't need any remodeling for them to move into, having windows, finished floors, a closet, and the standard Eastland doors you'd see with every other room... and they don't ever call it an attic), but the "Another Room" episode, Season 8, Episode 4 (during the Over Our Heads era) shows them converting the attic space into another bedroom.

All in the family- Cousin Oscar died in the attic room and Lionell stayed with the Bunker's once when he was fighting with his parents and slept in the attic ! OMG , I'd be scared to sleep up there knowing someone had died there !!!

Or was that ep. with Lionell before the cousin Oscar ep.?

Mama's Family when Thelma and Buzz were talking in the attic. Buzz was trying to keep her up there while the family was bringing in her birthday present.
