clerk: " The ruby I am talking about is not a lady."
Granny: "Lissen, how she got them diamonds is her business. I'm just sayin' ask her kin we buy one from her."

Well, scriptwise,... the Clampetts walk over there from time to time from their own place. So I always envisioned it as abutting their property from beyond the cement pond.

But I don't believe that has any actual bearing on where the building exists in the real world.

Season 1 episode 1, Milburn Drysdale mentions that his wife is unhappy because he has purchased the house right next door to theirs, for these new strangers to move into.

There is a mansion you can see off in the distance behind the cement pond, I always envisioned that being the Drysdale mansion for some reason

Early on, the fumes from Granny's making of lye soap give cause for Margaret Drysdale to walk right over to the "cement pond" area, and of course the guests at her outdoor party in another ep also come over, indicating how close. She also pops over in color episodes.

Another example is the seeing & hearing from Margaret's bedroom window of the Clampetts' barnyard animals, penned-up in their tennis court. These things underscore the idea that the estates were quite close to each other.

Also, come to think of it, when Sonny and Elly were at the cement pond, I think Sonny looked up and mentioned he could see his mom watching them out her window, so the Drysdale mansion must've been pretty close.

On the episode titled " The Flying Saucer" from season 5, the Drysdale mansion is just through the hedges from the Clampetts. It shows all the cast looking through the hedges at the flying saucer. Granny even shoots it. Shows the "martians" also. Funny episode.

The actual address of this house is 333 copa de oro drive in belair, ca. You can pull it up on googlemaps.com to see it now. Still looks the same. This street is close to 750 belair rd of the clampett house, but not right next to it.

I always thought that the Clampett's lived next door to the Drysdale's mansion. I do remember snooping in the bushes in episodes between the two mansions before if I am recalling correctly from both Granny and Mrs. Dysdale.
