Default Idea for new Nick-at-Nite special

Nick-at-Nite Should have a "Nick-at-Nite Reunion" It would be a week long special where they would dedicate their former shows that would use to air on the network. During Commercial break they could spice it up and Old Nick-at-Nite Bumpers and have Nick-at-Nite trivia like What show did we air in 2000 that got the best ratings? etc.
And viewers could also call up for a game of "Then and Now" where they could play trivia on "What's are line-up?" from the past and for all Nick-at-Nite fans and whoever won they would get their very own Nick-at-Nite Record (example Donna Reeds Dinner Party or the whole collection or even Sitcom Memoribilia) kind of like their game-show that TV Land had "Ultimate Fan Search" and they could have a poll on what their next shows they could have, and even if they should have a poll (Where they say "Should we go back to our traditional line-up where we air 50s,60s,70s,early 80s show or go into the 90s again) That would attract viewers. Who think this would be a great idea, for the future of Nick-at-Nite? Just Imagine seeing your favorite shows! This would also be cost-worthy for Nick-at-Nite too. But what are your thoughts on this?

It's a GREAT idea, but sadly, I doubt it would ever happen. Nick at Nite is obviously happy where they are now, and Nick doesn't even want to acknowledge their "past" which really sucks. I think Nick should add yet another spin-off network, an all 80s Nick that combines classic Nick shows (Fifteen, Hey Dude, Danger Mouse, etc) with Nick-At-Nite 80s style (Alf, Square Pegs, Silver Spoons, Perfect Strangers, Gimme A Break, Welcome Back Kotter) because the current 80s shows coming to TVLand belong on N-a-N first, IMO.

Oh well, I don't think N-a-N will ever be what it was again. They're more interested in airing money making (which I don't blame them one bit) & high ratings shows than the ones fans actually want to see. I mean, all the shows on there now are of course, classics, but they are still so heavily played elsewhere, that's what our problem is. I mean, Family Ties, Three's Company & All In The Family have LOUSY time slots, while Cheers & The Cosby Show is played like 4 times a night.

DREAM N-A-N SCHEDULE using the CURRENT shows:

9:00pm - Kids Say The Darndest Things
9:30pm - Family Ties OR The Cosby Show
10:00pm - The Cosby Show OR Family Ties
10:30pm - Cheers
11:00pm - Three's Company
11:30pm - All In The Family

That's a great idea! But it'd never happen because..........
STICK A FORK IN N@N IT'S DONE!!!!! It's almost beyond help! I don't get why they would throw away all of the things that made N@N so special. It began as a new idea, something fresh but yet it wasn't. It had everything you could want. I even liked the commercials! And I usually hate commercials but I loved those old commercials. I also loved the mistakes they used to show like I can remember the one with the coffee table breaking before the lamp above fell on an episode of Bewitched. And I really loved the commercials and polls about stuff like "The Nod v.s. The Nose". It was the channel that aired the first episodes of IDOJ that I ever saw, I was about 9 then. I am gratefull to N@N, the old N@N that I miss so much. I think I'm gonna cry.

"John has always been her salvation. I'm not sure Marlena believes anyone can clear her, but if anyone can do it, it will be John." ~ Deidre Hall

"Yes, it does look really bleak right now (for John and Marlena). I know that, but as in any good fairy tale there's a lot of pain to get through in order to reach the end of a good or happy ending." ~ Ken Corday
