I agree with Archie in regards to equal pay regarding women
Like he said.............What's the point of working hard and school and accomplishing degrees and experience if you are only going to be EQUAL???
And that goes for everyone, if a woman has more experience and better skills than a man then she should be paid more not the same as him. And vice versa Never understood what all that equal pay ******** was about |
