Because when she got accused of stealing that wig from the dept. store, they gave her a charge account for the trouble they put her thru...

Then, she could've been given an account from the bank where she already had accounts to get the TV for Archie....

just saw it again, and wondered if this was a continuity/writing issue because Edith rattled off all the other savings accounts/checking accounts her and Archie had, but she totally forgot about the credit card account she had from the dept. store? And it had a running balance cuz they charged her for the wig she "stole"..
