how's it going all been all right over here,lot of stuff been going on i lost some family members some friends who gone to a much better place.over the past 3 years

with this thing going on,nowhere to go been depressed stressed a lot along with everyone else, feeling alone, not sure what to do, abnd my birthday coming up soon today is my grandma's 86 birthday

im feeling like an after thought anyone else feel this way thanks for listening to my vent.feels good let go soemtimes

Yes, this is a very strange and stressful time with the Covid19 virus going on !

Hi Mike, so sorry to hear about your loss, but happy to hear about your grandma, happy birthday to her. Right now is a rough time for everyone but if you'd like to talk to me, feel free (I am a certified counselor). The important thing to remember is that mental health is just as important as physical health and keep it healthy. One way is to find activities that help you. For me, I've been reading all these books I have with the idea of donating to the library, and through my library I am learning new languages and improving on ones I know. I speak Spanish decently, can read French decently and speak it somewhat so am working on those and want to learn Italian, Portuguese and German, maybe Polish too. I'm sure your library has exciting things you can do online such as learn something new. Also, keep you mind and body occupied, like yoga. This is trying times but keeping mentally active is the way to go.

thanks means a lot has anyone tried to get a hold of a celeb on instagram and find out its nothing more then a parody fan account.
