Default Sam and Diane or Sam and Rebecca

This may have been posted before I wouldn't know but I was just wondering who everyone thought made the better couple. In other words who had the best chemistry.

Sam and Diane, Sam and Rebecca always seemed boring when they were together, they didnt have the chemistry that s&d had.. and rebecca always wanted the higher men, theyd both get frustrated with eachother... i dunno, sam and diane drove eachother crazy, but truley loved eachother.. they went through the motions of what a real relationship is like

Sam and Diane, only because Diane's love for Sam stopped Diane and Frasier getting married, that would have been the biggest mistake in television history.

I think I might like Rebecca a little better but I still think that Sam and Diane made a better match.

Sam and Diane, no question. Just say the words, Sam and Diane, and most people know who you're referring to.
They had great chemistry and really burned up the TV screen. It's a shame they didn't get married on Cheers.

When I started watching Cheers, I liked Sam and Rebecca pretty well, but now, I have to say that Sam and Diane are the better pair of the two after watching a lot more Diane episodes.

No question, Sam & Diane (Although Sam & Lilith would be intriguing...)

Deffently Sam and Diane. When I watch the last six season, I get the vibe that Rebecca is just like a substitude teacher. Rebecca just filled a void in Sam's life after Diane left. He just wanted to foget about Diane so he presued Rebecca just to forget about her. I agree with the person who said Sam and Diane are more of a real couple. By episode 2 you know they had feelings for each other. Infact Diane was the first to give the viewers inclinations of her feelings before Sam because of her critism of his dates. It took 2 or 3 seasons before Rebeeca would give a small inclination about any feelings about Sam. I knew Diane would be back in the end.

Though I have to admit I would rather watch a Kristy Alley movie than a Shelly Long movie. Not that Kristy's movies are great but Shelly's movies really stink. She left Cheers for this crap?

wow i could'nt agree with you more!! you sum'd up my feelings for sam and rebecca's relationship.. sam and diane your right.. even from the first episode there was something there.. it seemed like after a while they just tried to make rebecks and sam go together.. and yea i know.. whats up with those shelley long movies? she left good writing.. for...... troop beverely hills? LoL

andddddd what a tease it was when they brought diane and sam back and they didnt end up together for the final.. they should have a reunion before the whole cast is wearing depends in nursing homes.. i mean frasier has two years in his contract to do it right.. he sed it on oprah.. lol
