My gosh Tammy Mac is a super-fan! OMG!

(It was cool to hear the other two relate their experiences, of course, too).

I also like how Kim mentioned how FOL became part of culture.

True, Miss Mahoney too (I swear, what does that lady have against the letter "M"?? ). But Molly became the biggest star of them all, and EVERYONE always makes sure to point her out in media ("and season 1 had MOLLY RINGWALD!!"), and she totally forgot, or has a beef with her.

Maybe it was just so obvious she felt it didn't even need to be said. More obvious than George Clooney.

Or maybe there were just "too many girls" to remember Molly.

Miss Mahoney was gone in four. I can see why she wouldn't be at the tip of Tammy's tongue.

Well I wish Kim had helped! "And girl, you know we had us some Molly Ringwald!---BEFORE she was 'Molly Ringwald', lol!"

mmmmm, I don't quite cut her that slack. She knew her season 1, and proclaimed what a superfan she was. Come on now, get it all, lol.

Now see, "up to season 8" sounds to me like each season up until season 8, and that's not the case. But regardless of that, they're not "names" like Molly Ringwald is (trust us Lorsie, you weren't around in the '80s but Molly was an ENORMOUS HUGE name ).

And the media always still loves to point out Molly because it's such a "cool connection" that a huge movie star had an early gig on this little sitcom.
