Mom and I used to like Garth Brooks and when we used to listen to his 1991 album Roping The Wind I noticed that he sang Shameless and I do know that it was originally sung by Billy Joel and so it makes me think that Garth Brooks is a Billy Joel fan like me and liked the song Shameless a lot that Billy told Garth to cover it as a token of their friendship
