Eastland girls music choices

[80s Dude]

We do know some music tastes of some of the girls at Eastland like Nancy O. and Tootie, but what would be the musical tastes of the other girls? Please don't list the 50s and early 60s stuff that the writers gave them for some episodes. I just don't find that realistic.

Sue Ann: She likes two kinds of music. Country and Western.

Blair: Whatever is in at the top 40 at the time. Country.

Jo: Punk rock and metal chick. Her clothing just screams this.

Molly: Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, 60s Woodstock music (Molly Ringwald did list Bob Dylan as one of her favorite musical artists in the "Worst job ever" interview.

Cindy :Jock rock.

Natalie: Anything that appeared on Kasey Kasem's Top 40.

Pippa: Men at Work, Rick Springfield, AC/DC.

Okay, here it goes:

1.BLAIR: Cheesy pop music such as Madonna and Cindy Lauper(i can totally see her as a material girl) and 'Girls just wanna have fun').

2.JO: definitely soft rock music such as Bon Jovi and Whitesnake (she'd go to any Heart concert).

3. NAT: easy listening / romantic music such as Neil Diamond and Barry Manilow (remember she was into that sort of music when MRS G's son Alex came for a visit? "her name was Lola she was a showgirl....At the Coppa Coppa Cabanna!')

4. TOOTIE: soul pop/disco (we all know she loves Michael and Jermaine) but can also see her boogie to Donna Summer).

5. MRS G: romantic jazz/blues, such as TheGlen Miller orchestra, Frank Sinatra, Rosemary Clooney, The Andrews sisters etc... (she always loved to jive!)

6. NANCY: disco/pop, such as The bee gees, The Gibson brothers and Olivia Newton John (she was always up for a boogie).

7. SUE ANN: romantic country: her name screams Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers as the Kansas girl ready to sing and have a ball!

8. CINDY: pop/disco as in ABBA as the 'dancing queen' chick (i just see her doing it lol)

9. MOLLY: alternative rock, such as Bob Dylan (as she mentioned).

10. MR BRADLEY: rock n roll! (i can totally see him hitting the dance floor, doing the King of Rock n roll ELVIS impersonation lol!).

11. MISS MAHONEY: easy listening pop, such as Rita Coolidge and Barbara Streisand (she kind of looks like the type).

PS: is anybody happy with my choices so far?

I love this performance by Rita Coolidge on "The Muppet Show": (I can see Miss Mahoney putting a record album onto this song from 1978 and listening to it while sitting in her chair in low light and singing along while sipping on fruit juice)

PS: i was almost tempted to write down Donna Summer for NANCY (i remember how in the 'Rough housing' episode she urges CINDY to try to dance steps for the 'Harvest queen contest')

I know it was supposed to be JUST the girls, but i couldn't resist including the season 1 cast! (you know how i love the 'forgotten casts', who only lasted one season).
