Warning...

I am warning all ebay users on this board, about buying from ebudney@wi.rr.com out of Milwaukee, WI.
Four months ago, I bought a picture of Ron Howard and Robin Williams. I sent the payment a couple days later and to this day I still have not received it.

I'm sorry you got ripped off. Have you left the guy negative feedback or emailed him about it? I had to deal with one seller and it took numerous emails and 3 months to get what I ordered. I hope you do receive the pictures though.

I have sent out a negative feedback and about seven emails so far to him, and never have received a response from him what so ever.

It still is pretty crappy to me. I looked at the seller's feedback, and I'm surprised he or she is still dealing business with ebay!!! Hmmm...I just thought of something. I think you can go to the post office or something and file a mail fraud report. I can't tell you much about them here, but I've had to almost do that before. Check ebay's F.A.Q on the site and then I would email ebay and tell them about it. I'm sure if you emailed a complaint to ebay, the seller would be off of ebay for sure. Again, I'm sorry you got ripped off.

I couldn't find anything on ebay about mail fraud through the post office, but I did find 2 pages that might help you get your money back.

You're welcome. I just hope you get either your money back (which I think would be better now after looking at the seller's feedback) or the picture. It kind of discourages you from ebay when you deal with the sellers that rip other people off. I hope your next buy goes better than this one.
