I started watching Superstore when it premiered and I thought it was absolutely hilarious! I watched it all the way through the third season but I gave up on it b/c I was tired of all the crude humor and the language. I really did love the show, but honestly must they make it so crude? I don't see why people think it's so funny. The premise of the show itself is awesome and hilarious for the most part, but still...
I noticed that they blur things out and senor stuff when it's shown on NBC (another thing I don't get... I mean it's made for NBC so why put stuff in there that they can't say or show on TV if they're going to blatantly omit it... if that makes sense) and I wondered if on the DVD's the stuff is actually said or shown. Can anyone enlighten me? I have worked a ton of retail jobs so I can totally relate to this show, which is why I liked it, but honestly, it got way too raunchy for me. I guess I'm just old-fashioned. I just don't see the point of having Dena (She's the worst) being so crude all the time b/c it is a really funny show. And don't get me started about what should have happened between Jonah and Amy after the tornado. |
