It sounds like a channel that they created from tapes of old TV shows. I used to do that, tape shows on cassette. In fact, my grandad had a radio (bigger than a smart phone!) that you could listen to TV on. We used to listen to the soaps on it. That channel reminds me of the radio plays that my favorite radio station plays at night.
