Nick films Pilot starring.........Roseanne? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

As if airing "Roseanne" on N@N wasn't enough Nick thinks people actually like her and so she is slated to star in a spinoff of The Brothers Garcia along with Cheech Marin.It will air as a 2 hour pilot "Nick Flick" movie and if it does well we all rot in hell.

Seriously Why does Nick think this is a good idea?

I was also shocked when I first heard that Nick At Nite picked up, Roseanne!

Imagine seeing Married With Children on Nick At Nite!

I loved the actual show Roseanne (Some season). But I don't think the actress/comedian can pull off a different role. The "Roseanne" character probably wouldn't work on any other show except Roseanne.

N@N is the place for Roseanne! Nick At Nite is about showing sitcom classics were TREMENDOUSLY well in the ratings! Sitcomwriter, as Terrance & Phillip sang in South Park: Bigger, Long, & Uncut, you are an Uncle ****er! You are a bastard! We all know you'll rot in hell! Roseanne is awesome, WAY better than you! I don't think N@N is the right place for Roseanne because it is soppose to be a family friendly network. And knowing N@N they will probably end up putting Roseanne in a late shift with a whole lot of editing.

family friendly????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheers is all about a bar! That's sarcastically family friendly! and All in the Family, which is an alrite show isn't all that family friendly either! Come on! They used to have a warning before each episode like you see in the beginning of South Park! N@N is just trying to get the top shows, so people will watch the network....

Well you are sort of right. They do have Cheers but they do put the Cosby show on at a time when children will likely be up and that is a family friendly show. And Cheers and All in the Family are at late shifts in the night. And yes Nick is desperate to get there late night shows in the ratings. I wouldn't mind if they put Roseanne on but not with all the editing they do, it will ruin the whole show.

I never said I hate Roseanne.Sure she gets annoying but see I thought alot of people here hated her so...
