The Theme song in the 7th season
why did they stop doing the Theme songin the 7th season ?

A lot of sitcoms weren't doing theme songs anymore by that point in time.

Commercial time increases over the years, and as a result, the amount of dialogue reduces. The theme song was about a minute long, so cutting it gives the viewers more content. I'm a theme song purist, but it makes sense.

To me, they should've just shortened up the song. I missed hearing it when they got rid of it.
