Default The Beginning of the Beginning.

I just saw the last episode of the entire series where Blair becomes both the Headmistress and house mother (as if anyone can do those duel roles) and it was bad. Perhaps Warren Littlefield saw the episode and thought there was too many girls (and boys). And there are tons of plot rehashes fit into a 24 minute episode.

They should've put her hair up in a bun to make it believable.

I'm looking forward to seeing that episode. Is it just Blair and the other 3 girls are completely gone at that point?

At that time, Blair was way too young to be both a headmistress and a house mother. Maybe a house big sister, but not a house mother. Considering Eastland was closed in the 2001 reunion movie, Blair didn't do a very good job in her roles.

The other girls were gone. Jo got married, Natalie moved to Manhatten. Tootie (who was calling herself Dorothy more) was going to London for University.

Oh, I don't know. Blair could have been the longest-serving headmaster at Eastland, considering how short-termed most of the others were. Mr. Crocker only lasted a few months. Mr. Bradley and Mr. Harris lasted a year each. Mr. Parker seems to have lasted three years.

WHAT?! Jo got married by the end of the series?! She's the LEAST of the 4 I would think to be the first to tie the knot. That's interesting.

I don't like they wrote Eastland as being closed in the 2001 movie. It was stupid and pointless to do that. I like the thought if it still being there so i'll just ignore that part of the movie when I see it.

I also like to think that BLAIR continues to be the headmaster at 'Eastland': the reunion movie 2001 definitely ruined my illusion lol!

That's why I said it, as a reference to Mrs. G. But Blair would look hideous with that gorgeous hair up in a bun. I try to picture it but I can't. Blair just wouldn't be Blair without all that bouncy, flowing hair.

Even she said herself...."I need puff!"
