Question Organic Foods or Non Organic?

I used to buy organic; then I watched a Dateline piece years ago that reported the only difference was a bigger price tag. I've also seen similar reports. I won't avoid organic and will buy it when it's all that's there.

I'm a stickler for grass fed meats and poultry. I'm not sure if that's organic or not. I just know that it tastes better.

I know many people swear by organic. I'm just not one of them. You?

I just know that Rich loves organic.

Nah not me. I just wash my fruits and veggies well. I don’t eat red meat (well for at least 14 years now) so obviously don’t eat grass-fed meat. I do think about of just buying free range chicken from time to time, but haven’t done it. I almost only buy 1/2 BBQ chickens, and haven’t come across any free range.

At the local restaurant Traditions they advertised the cows were not only grass fed but they got massages. They charged 16 dollars for a burger lets just say it didn't last long ha ha
I try and eat as healthy as possible and that is all I can do

I don't know if you have every noticed at a supermarket the labels some "fruits" "vegetables" and even some "meats" have on them?

I have really never understood what the difference was in "organic" or "natural" or "those that don't have any labeling."
As I became more Health conscious, I then came across this website:

https://www.helpguide.org/articles/h...anic-foods.htm

It kind of explains the difference..... my wife and I do try to do "organic" as much as we can afford, but not always can we do so. Sometimes they are even out of organic.

When farmer markets are in season (May - Oct) we try to buy produce there as to supermarkets.

Without reading the links I thought organic was supposed to be free of pesticides.

That being the case I don't understand the difference between (for example) organic baby carrots and non-organic ones. Since they're grown in the ground wouldn't they be free of pesticides?

Organic is much better (USDA Organic) ... I have been 100% organic for years......

I recently started eating some reg food again to catch up on all the weight I lost due to not eating for months hardily (Under alot of pressure) but I am gonna go back to just Organic I think as it is much better.........

Oh No

I can't go organic...the food goes bad before I have a chance to eat it.

I wish that there's a way food can last almost forever...like what NASA does to its foods....

Didn't you post that you had something like 4 portions? If so, no wonder you had a stomach ache.
