Character Assasination! Netflix Shouldn't Have Hired Writers Who Hate Rory.

Don't read more if you are avoiding spoilers. I got the Netflix season of Gilmore Girls on DVD and was able to see it finally. Rory's storyline was terrible, especially the getting pregnant part. Since it probably came from her one night stand with the wookie, that is much worse than when Lorelai was pregnant with her. At least Lorelai was in a relationship with Christopher, having a one night stand and getting pregnant from it is so beneath the Rory from the WB/CW run (although her helping Dean cheat on his wife never should have happened either). Or if the father wasn't the wookie, it was Paul who she treated terribly and also wouldn't have treated a partner that way in the network version. I am glad I decided not to subscribe to Netflix monthly like I had been thinking of for awhile. They also made Designated Survivor a lot raunchier than what the ABC version had been, I don't even care about seeing their season any more with it being so needlessly explicit.
