Hoover Commercials from the 90's - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

"The way that you do"
"Nobody's got the power to please me"
These words begin the popular jingle used in Hoover commercials that aired in 1993/94. In the first commercial we see a woman vacuuming her house with a Hoover vacuum while the jingle plays in the background. And a second commercial has been found with an extended version of the jingle that aired in 1994 but features a different woman. It is unknown whether or not these commercials were also used in home shows to promote Hoover's new vacuum cleaners that debuted in the 90's. When you look at the general picture it is rare to see commercials like this that showcase what goes on in American homes today and we need more of these commercials today

Hi, Bestie! You are right. The old style of corny commercial is gone. They want to pretend we have evolved past house work. I wish they would bring those commercials back.
