Whenever I hear Gilligan's Island talked about on TV shows or whatever, Ive always heard Refrences to the Professor making the radio out of Coconuts, But I have seen every single episode and am wondering when did he ever do this?

I really don't know either but I think thats something that was made up to make fun of the show or something. I dunno really...

I do remember a scene where the Professor created a system to charge the radio batteries that was made out of a bunch of hollowed out coconut shells.
The reference to the "coconut radio" is from somewhere, I do remember hearing that, and I guess it's just a way of making fun of the crazy ingenuity the castaways displayed...

Yea, he never actually made a radio from coconuts. I think it's something that was made up to exaggerate all of the things the Professor could make.

I never actually thought he built a coconut radio. It be more like Macguyver doing something like that.
