Default If "The Conners" Reaches Syndication...

Do you think if The Conners makes it to syndication, they'll include the single revival season of Roseanne as season 1? They were basically the same show but with a cast change (since the cast member to leave was the show's namesake, they had to change the title). After all, Good Morning, Miss Bliss airs in syndication along with Saved by the Bell. So, it's not like this kind of thing isn't done.

Or...

Does Roseanne - the revival - air alongside the original series in reruns?

It's funny, I'm not really a fan of the original series. I've seen episodes over the years, so I'm somewhat familiar with it, but I tuned in to watch the first episode of the revival out of curiosity, and I've ended up watching every episode of it and now of The Conners. I still haven't seen all of the original series, though.

If the series makes it to syndication (which I'm certain it will eventually) I assume they would simply air the first season of the "Roseanne" revival alongside it with the title of "The Conners." That would seem to make a lot of sense. Or they could just skip right to season 2. I'm honestly not sure legally how that would work.

All I know is that Roseanne Barr would legally no longer have any claim to it as she was forced to sign away all rights to the show.
