The series finale of Homicide Hunter will be airing tonight (Wednesday, January 29) at 9:00 pm EST on Investigation Discovery. The episode is appropriately titled "The End." When announcing last summer that the current season of HH would be its last, series host Joe Kenda stated that of all the cases he worked on during his law enforcement career, there aren't enough TV-approved ones remaining to warrant another season, noting that he wanted to go out while he's on top of his game. Although HH is ending, Kenda's association with ID is not. He is working on some new ideas with the network.

HH has been on the air since 2011. Needless to say, nine years is a great run for a TV series.

Hulu is running the entire series. I highly recommend watching it there. I was a regular viewer but saw many episodes I'd never seen because ID likes to rerun the same few over and over.
