This is really interesting. They re-edited the pilot before it aired. I’m a big Brady fan and I had no idea. They also have a link to the original version of the theme song. The unaired pilot also had a “cold open” scene prior to the opening credits.

There’s a scene in “The Brady Girls Get Married” where Carol looks at her adult daughters sitting on a bed, and flashes back to the pilot. However, I realized that the clip they use is not from the aired pilot episode (where the girls are in their pajamas) but from the original pilot, where the girls are in regular clothes. I had been wondering where that clip came from.

I too remember seeing that flashback in Brides with the girls on the bed and thinking, I have never seen that before. many, many years (a decade even) ago it was uploaded to YT and I filmed it on my phone but said phone stopped working and I have never been able to access it again.
