Arrow's Stephen Amell suffered a panic attack while taping Michael Rosenbaum podcast

Amell took to Twitter to explain why Rosenbaum's Inside of You podcast, taped last month and released on Monday, was cut short. "I did Rosey’s podcast after Arrow ended," Amell explained. "We had to cut it short because I had a full on panic attack. It wasn’t pretty,” he tweeted. “I came back a few weeks ago to chat about it. I was in a really bad spot and I’m happy to report that I’m doing much better. Listen please ”

Amell said on Michael Rosenbaum's Inside of You podcast -- before his panic attack cut the interview short -- that he was "ready to move on" from The CW series ahead of Season 7. "And then I got the proverbial ‘offer that I couldn’t refuse.’ They say, ‘Well, you’ll have to shoot 22 episodes with us (for Season 7)… which is July through April. Are you really telling us you want to do 22 at Price X and finish in April, and not do 32 at this price, and be done in October?’ Because if you’re renegotiating, they change your episodic fee. I looked at it, and it would have been fiscally irresponsible for me to say no. Just fiscally irresponsible. I loved the sh*t out of Season 8, I had a blast, but I was there for the money.
