Here's a funny article I just a bit ago read about Desi Arnaz, Jr.
According to this link via https://fabiosa.com/ctclb-rsafr-auds...2-years-later/ when Desi, Jr. was 15 years old, in 1968, he got his then-Model Girlfriend Pregnant; as a result, 9 months later, c. late '68 to early '69, the baby girl, Julia, was born. Per the link, soon after Lucy and Desi's eldest grandchild, Julia, was born, Desi, Jr. and Julia's Baby Mama split up, with the said Mama limiting Desi, Jr. from her life; it wasn't til 1990, the year after Lucy died (Desi, Sr. had died of Cancer at age 69 3 years prior in 1986) that DNA tests proved Desi, Jr. was her Natural Father, and within a year, Desi, Jr. and Julia patched things up. As a young adult, Julia, per her personal Facebook, developed a Cocaine Addiction similar to what Desi, Jr. faced as an adult, and like father, like daughter, Julia successfully kicked her Cocaine habit to the Core, and Julia herself has her own young-adult daughter (Desi, Jr.'s granddaughter) in college as of 2016; in 1987, at age 34, Desi, Jr. married wife Amy Bargiel (who died of Cancer in 2015 at age 63), and after Amy died, Desi, Jr. became a real-life Widower. He and Amy have a young-adult daughter together, Hailey. Before marrying Amy, Desi, Jr. was married, briefly, to future "Matlock" actress Linda Purl (formerly of "Happy Days"); that marriage ended in Divorce within a year after the 1980 wedding. It's amazing what, even in the '60s, teenagers could do--knock up a woman as young as age 15. |

As I think of Desi Jr, his father was a womanizer. So he probably followed in his fathers footstep and explored a lot. I remember the Patty Duke escapade. Also he was in Dino Desi and Billy singing group and heard he toured the country with the singing act. I do wonder if adults came with them for they were all young teens.

Yep, I saw a headline about that story in an old magazine that they were selling in an antique store or a store around here where they sell old and very unusual stuff. Darn it, I wish I could remember the name of the magazine now.

In the late 1960's and early 1970's I read Flip, Tiger Beat , Sixteen and a more adult magazine. The more adult might have been Confidential which had more adult topic gossip. I believe in the Confidential was a story of Patty Duke's life and for a 14- 15 years old it was Wow, was her life like this.

It might've been "The Mirror." I can't really remember without looking at the magazine again but it's either that or "Motion Picture." Come to think of it, I think there were other "Motion Picture" magazines in that store so maybe that.
