ME TV is on season 6 right now; when Oliver and Lisa had a little girl staying with them for a few episodes...do you think this was a good idea and what does everyone think of those episodes?

the Clampetts are in a fancy Beverly Hills jewelry store. Granny points to a tray of rubies.
Granny: "How much fer one o' them red diamonds?"
clerk: "Madam, those are rubies."
Granny: "OK ask her kin we buy one offa her."
clerk: " The ruby I am talking about is not a lady."
Granny: "Lissen, how she got them diamonds is her business. I'm just sayin' ask her kin we buy one from her."
I don't think it was a bad idea in concept but the character as written felt really out of place in the absurdist fantasy world that Green Acres created. Lori was just too normal/real and, with the exception of when she held a conversation with Arnold, didn't lend herself or other characters to the kind of comedy we expect from this show.
Those first 4 episodes of the season weren't bad, but for these reasons I do consider them relatively weak.
