The commercial features The Simpsons driving on a road trip while Bart and Lisa keep annoying Homer and Marge with "are we there yet" This commercial was also used to market a deal with Ramada Inn to sell exclusive The Simpsons merchandise that were given to people who stayed at Ramada Inns during 1993.
