Default Why was the bonus round of Supermarket Sweep so hard to win?

When I was watching Supermarket Sweep on Buzzr I noticed that on Supermarket Sweep that the bonus round seemed impossible to win at times. Because I noticed that whenever David Ruprecht would read the first clue I would've expected it would be an easy product to find but when it came to the last clues it seems that finding them is really hard for the team. Take for instance on yesterday's rerun of Supermarket Sweep on Buzzr the winning team wasted time trying to find the first product which was Gilden's Mustard which was the easiest product to find. On another episode of Supermarket Sweep a husband and wife team had the same trouble when they started doing great but couldn't solve a clue about Batman when the product was Batman Cereal. In my eyes I think that Supermarket Sweep should've redesigned the bonus round to make it easier to win. Hopefully the upcoming reboot with Leslie Jones will design the bonus round better

Hi, Bestie! No, the bonus round has to be hard. Or everybody would win it. If it was easy, it would not be a bonus. You get a bonus when you work hard. What do you think though, if they would make the clues better?

I watched another Supermarket Sweep episode where the bonus round couldn't be won. On the episode I watched today the husband and wife that competed to play for the $5,000 in the bonus round wasted the entire round all because they couldn't find the first product which the clue was Stouffer's entrees and when I have watched Supermarket Sweep I memorized where each product is in the bonus round and if Mom and I were contestants on Supermarket Sweep and we won the chance to find the $5,000 we would win the cash because I would know where every product was. Another thing that the contestants do that slow the bonus round down is that when they think they know where the clue they annoyingly shout things like "HERE IT IS" and "LOOK BEHIND YOU" and when they do this they should stay a while and search for it rather than wasting time. If I worked on Supermarket Sweep I would extend the time limit to 90 minutes and give the contestants a limit of five products to find clues to make the bonus round easier to win. I hope the Leslie Jones version has an easy bonus round to win

Hi, Bestie! Remember, most people are not as expert as you at this game. Also, the pressure of performing on a TV show can make you mess up. Lastly, the bonus round is going to be the hardest to beat so it makes the game exciting.
PS let us know when the new SS is coming!
