Batman’s British Butler Will Serve a Second Season on Epix

"Pennyworth", the stylish one-hour drama devoted to the edgy, early-day exploits of Batman’s British butler, will return for a second season on Epix.

The 10-episode Season 2 will begin filming in January at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK.

Epix President Michael Wright said "Pennyworth" has been a next-level success for the premium cable network

“Pennyworth has been a big hit for us, embraced by critics and fans alike,” Wright said, “It was the highest-performing original series ever to premiere on Epix, more than doubling the viewership of the shows that came before it. Bruno Heller, Danny Cannon and WBTV have delivered a brilliant, must-watch series. We can’t wait to work with this phenomenal cast and creative team on another exciting season.”

"Pennyworth" Moves from Epix to HBO Max with Season 3 Renewal

HBO Max has closed a deal to bring DC origin series "Pennyworth" to its platform for a third season.

The series, which aired for two seasons on Epix, has been renewed for a third season and will make the move to the WarnerMedia digital platform in 2022.

"Pennyworth" Cancelled at HBO Max after Three Seasons

Alfred Pennyworth is ending his origin story as HBO Max has decided against a fourth season of "Pennyworth".

The streamer picked up the show for its third season, after two seasons aired on Epix. The DC origin series premiered its third season on the streamer in October and the ten-episode series ran through end of November.
